Whether you're in possession of Will Registration Certificate, a known will or are searching for a valid one, our service scans the UK Will Register to ensure no post-dated or unknown wills exist.

This provides peace of mind and ensures that the estate is managed according to the most up-to-date legal wishes of the deceased.

A National Will Search using the VERAFI Search portal, offers full 'Peace of Mind' and due diligence in your search for Wills that have been registered and Wills that have not been registered.
 

• Checks UK Will Register's searchable Database to see if a Will is Stored or Registered and also the National Will Register database.
• National Search (England & Wales) –  Our Team will contact Law firms, Solicitors, Probate Professionals and Professional Will Writers from IPW and SWW Nationally in England and Wales.
• Probate Depository Search – an enquiry of the safe custody clerk at the principle registry of the family division.
• Probate Registry Search – obtain a copy of the grant of representation and a Will only if a grant is applied for. If the grant has not been applied for then the Probate Registry would not be aware of the Will.
