- Complete the online form via our VERAFI Search Portal

- Provide the known details of the deceased on the form.

- Upload the Death Certificate, and provide a National Insurance Number (if available).

- We will verify the details and perform a search based on the deceased’s addresses from the last five years.

- Sign and complete the Form of Authority with your company details.

 -Once the search is submitted, positive matches are updated "live" on your case profile and also an email alert is sent to your nominated email.

- After 50 days, your report will be complete, an audit trail of negative responses will be available to view and any positive matches highlighted for you.
